The guarantee

If the Founder's Launch License doesn't work out for you, request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date and it will be honored, no detailed justification required.

How to request one

Contact support (see Support & Contact) with your order email or Lemon Squeezy order number. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.

What this does not yet cover

  • Chargebacks and disputes handled outside Lemon Squeezy's own process.
  • Regional mandatory withdrawal-right periods (e.g. the EU's digital-goods withdrawal right) beyond the 14-day window already offered above — legal review should confirm no jurisdiction requires a longer period or a different carve-out.
