| Permissions | A standard user account is sufficient for browsing, scanning, and viewing reports/history/logs. Administrator access is requested only at the moment you apply a tweak — not at every launch. |

Pluto's Tweaker runs on both, and detects which one you're on. Aggressive-profile tweaks show an explicit battery-impact caution on a laptop running on battery power that does not appear on a desktop or a laptop plugged into AC power.
