1. Grant of license
Subject to the terms below and to payment of the applicable license fee, Ott's Tech Customs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Pluto's Tweaker on up to 2 personal computers you own or control, for the Founder's Launch License (perpetual license — see Settings > License in the application for your current status).
2. What the software does
Pluto's Tweaker reads, and — only with your explicit action and confirmation — changes, a defined set of Windows and application settings intended to improve gaming performance and responsiveness (for example: registry values, Windows service startup modes, power plan settings, DNS server configuration, process priority, and a small set of repair operations). Every change of this kind is reversible, and prior values are captured automatically before any change is applied.
3. No guaranteed results
Results vary by hardware, network, game, and configuration. Pluto's Tweaker does not guarantee any specific frame rate, input-delay, or network ping improvement. Geographic distance to a game server determines a meaningful part of network latency and cannot be reduced by this software. See the performance disclaimer below for more detail.
4. What the software does not do
Pluto's Tweaker does not inject code into, or modify the files of, any game. It does not interact with anti-cheat software. It does not run arbitrary commands, scripts, or downloaded code — every change it can make is one of a fixed, reviewed set of typed operations. It does not install a kernel-mode driver. It does not collect or transmit telemetry, and makes no network call other than an optional, user-controlled update check.
5. Backups and your responsibility
Pluto's Tweaker captures the prior value of anything it changes before changing it, and provides tools (Restore All) to revert those changes. You are still responsible for maintaining your own backups of anything important to you. Ott's Tech Customs is not liable for data loss.
6. License states and availability
Detect, History, Logs, Export, and Restore All remain available regardless of your license status — a lapsed or absent license never blocks reviewing what changed or reverting it. Starting a new optimization run requires an active license.
7. Aggressive-profile tweaks
Some tweaks, grouped under an "Aggressive" profile, are explicit opt-in and disclosed as increasing heat, power draw, fan noise, or reducing battery life on laptops before you apply them. Applying these is your choice, made with that disclosure in front of you.
8. Release-candidate software
This release is a release candidate — see the Release Candidate note on the pricing section and the Security architecture page for what that means concretely (unsigned build, pending clean-machine validation).
9. Warranty disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Final warranty language must be drafted or approved by qualified legal counsel before public release.
10. Limitation of liability
Final liability-limitation language must be drafted or approved by qualified legal counsel before public release, including jurisdiction-specific consumer-protection carve-outs that may apply and cannot be waived by contract in some regions.
11. Termination
Ott's Tech Customs may revoke a license found to have been obtained fraudulently or in violation of this agreement, subject to any notice period required by applicable law. Termination does not affect your right to use Restore All, Detect, History, Logs, or Export on data already on your machine.
12. Governing law

Performance disclaimer
The factual/technical claims below are intended to accurately describe what this software does and does not affect, and should be preserved in substance even after legal wordsmithing.
- Cannot guarantee any specific frame rate (FPS), input-delay, or ping number. No software can promise a specific result on hardware and network conditions it does not control.
- Cannot reduce geographic network latency. Ping to a game server is substantially determined by physical distance and network routing. If Pluto's Tweaker's DNS or network-adapter tweaks help, it is at most by removing a local misconfiguration, not by shortening the path to a remote server.
- Cannot bypass or improve anti-cheat behavior. Pluto's Tweaker does not interact with any anti-cheat system, positively or negatively.
- Cannot fix a bottleneck that is not there. A CPU/GPU/network-bound performance ceiling from your actual hardware or connection cannot be removed by a software setting.
